(2) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to give one more opportunity to the respondent authority to ensure the compliance of this Court's order dated 12.02.2018 passed in W.P.(S) No. 1359/2018. (3) Counsel for the petitioner may also make additional representation to the respondent authority and, in turn, respondent authority shall ensure the compliance of this Court's order dated 12.02.2018 in its letter and spirit.
