---- Respondents For petitioner -Shri Sushil Dubey, Advocate. For Respondent/State- Shri Suryakant Mishra, PL. Hon'ble Shri Justice Goutam Bhaduri Order 25/06/2018 Heard.

1.

Instant petition is primarily to arrest the respondents No.6 and 7 who are accused in Crime No.35/2008 for offence punishable under section 498-A and 304-B of IPC registered at Police Station Fasterpur, District Mungeli.

2.

Perusal of the record would show that crime has already been registered by the police for offence under section 498-A of IPC and 304-B of IPC against the accused wherein respondents No.6 and 7 are also accused.

3.

Learned State counsel submits that investigation is going on. 4.

Under the circumstances at this stage it would not be proper for this court to fast track the investigation as it is expected that the police authorities shall discharge their duty conferred on them when cognizable offence has been reported. Therefore, respondent No.5 SHO is directed to conduct enquiry with due diligence in discharge of his duties without giving any relaxation or any extraneous pressure on him. 5.

With such observation, the petition stands disposed of. Sd/- (Goutam Bhaduri) JUDGE gouri
