Though this review application has been preferred for review of the order dated 14.05.2015 passed in WPS No.1889/2015, however, at the time of hearing, learned State counsel would restrict his prayer for extension of time to deal with the writ petitioner's representation because in the intervening period, the review application preferred before the Division Bench has been dismissed.

In view of the statement made, the review application is disposed of by extending time allowed to the State Government for deciding the representation of the writ petitioner by a period of three months from today.
