Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 30/10/2015 (1) By the impugned order dated 20.07.2015, the petitioner has been transferred from Primary Health Centre Ajab Nagar to Primary Health Centre Pasal on administrative ground. (2) As per para-4 of the Transfer Policy the Commissioner of the Division is competent authority to hear and decide the matter relating

to transfer.

(3) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already made a representation before the Commissioner (Revenue), Surguja, District Ambikapur for redressal of her grievances but the same has not been considered and decided by the competent authority and, therefore, a direction may be issued to the competent authority to decide the same expeditiously, to which, State counsel has no objection.

(4) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(5) Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. It is driected that the Commissioner (Revenue), Surguja, District Ambikapur shall decide the representation filed by the petitioner in accordance with law within one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
