1. The limited relief that the petitioner has sought for in the present writ petition is for appropriate direction to the respondent No.2 to decide the representation pending before respondent No.2 requesting for mutation of his property.

2. Counsel for the respondent No.2 submits that proceedings of mutation has already been initiated and is underway.

3. In view of the same, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondent No.2 to take a decision on the mutation

application at the earliest preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
