The petitioner is working as Assistant Deputy Inspector (Security) has been transferred from the office of SECL, Bilaspur to Gare Palma Project, Raigarh for a period of three months by order dated 15/10/2015 and he has also been released for the said area.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is suffering from heart disease and his wife is also suffering from heart disease and undergoing treatment at New Delhi from 2010, as such, he has made representation before the respondent authorities. 3.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is directed to make fresh representation before the respondent authorities within a week from today, who in turn shall consider and decide the representation of the petitioner expeditiously in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, writ petition stands finally disposed off. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the case.
