Agrawal Order On Board 04/11/2015 (1) According to the petitioner, the impugned order dated 22.09.2015 passed by Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, District Raipur is appealable before the appellate authority under C.G. Civil Services (Classification, Control & Appeal) Rules, 1966 and, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file appeal before the competent appellate authority. (2) Liberty is granted, as prayed for.

(3) Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid. In the eventuality of filing any appeal before the competent appellate authority within a period of 15 days, it is expected to be decided by the appellate authority as early as possible preferably within a period of two months from the receipt thereof on its own merits in accordance with law.

(4) Certified copy, as per rules.
