Agrawal Order On Board 05/11/2015 (1) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have worked on the post of Subject Instructor and honorarium is required to be paid as Rs. 20,000/- per month, but they have not been paid honorarium for the period they have worked and, as such, they may be permitted to make representation before the respondents No. 5 to 9 for redressal of their grievances, to which, State counsel has no objection.

(2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(3) Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. It is directed that petitioners shall file the representation before respondents No. 5 to 9 within 15 days, who in turn, shall decide the same within further time of three months from the date of receipt of said representation. (4) Certified copy as per rules.
