(1) W.P. (S) Nos.4170/2015 & 4177/2015, involve common facts and common question of law and, as such, require consideration and disposal by the common order. (2) Counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been transferred, after declaring them as surplus, from the present places of posting to Government Pre Middle School, Pailimeta, Chuikhadan and Government Pre Middle School, Aamgaon, Chuikhadan, respectively and, therefore, they may be allowed to make representation to the Collector, Rajnandgaon for redressal of their grievances.

(3) Prayer appears to be fair & reasonable.

(4) Accordingly, it is directed that petitioners shall file representation within 10 days from today to the Collector, Rajnandgaon and in turn, the Collector, Rajnandgaon shall decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of representation and result of the consideration would be intimated to the petitioner. (5) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petitions are finally disposed of.
