1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail, as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.289/2020, registered at Police Station Gunderdehi, Distt: Balod, Chhattisgarh for offences punishable under Section 420, 34 of Indian Penal Code.

2. On going through the bail application, it is manifest that the same is not duly constituted as certified copy of the bail rejection order, duly afÏrmed afÏdavit and other required documents have not been filed.
