Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 1 8 /11/2015 (1) Petitioner is claiming that she has been wrongly deprived of the promotion from the post of Shiksha Karmi Grade-III to Shiksha Karmi Grade-II (Teacher Panchayat).

(2) Rule 18 of the Chhattisgarh Panchayat Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1999 provides for a representation to the prescribed authority, therefore, the present writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to move representation before the prescribed authority raising her grievances concerning denial of promotion within a period of one month from today.
