Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has retired from service of respondent No. 1 in the month of February, 2008 but till date the retiral dues has not been paid to him for which he is entitled. 2.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is directed to make a representation before the respondent authorities within two weeks from today and, in turn, the respondent authorities shall consider and decide the said representation with regard to the petitioner's retiral dues and all other consequential benefits within 60 days from the date of filing of the representation. 3.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
