Agrawal Order On Board 03/01/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's application for renewal of lease of subject land is pending consideration before respondents No.3 & 4 and, therefore, direction may be issued to the respondents No.3 & 4 to decide the application expeditiously.

(2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(3) Be that as it may, respondents No.3 & 4 are directed to consider

and decide the petitioner's application for renewal of lease strictly in accordance with law expeditiously within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. The petitioner is at liberty to make representation against the order dated 01.12.2017 before respondents No.3 & 4, that will also be considered and decided by the respondents No.3 & 4 strictly in accordance with law. (4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
