The petitioner's grievance is that no documents has been supplied to the petitioner by respondent No. 5 rejecting her candidature for the post of Lecturer (Panchayat).

Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make a representation under the Right to Information Act, 2005 before the respondent No. 5 for redressal of her grievance / seeking information and, in turn, the respondent

No. 5 shall consider and decide the said representation expeditiously within ten days from the date of filing of the representation. 3.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
