1. The applicants have preferred these applications for grant of anticipatory bail, as they apprehend their arrest in connection with Crime No.152/2020, registered at Police Station Bhatgaon, District Balodabazar (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 427, 452 of Indian Penal Code.

2. I.A. No.02, is an application for withdrawal of the bail application with liberty to surrender and apply for regular bail before the jurisdictional

Court.

3. No objection from other side.

4. Accordingly, I.A. No.02 is allowed and the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated supra.
