Learned counsel for the contemnors would submit that the order passed by this Court has been complied with and the contempt has been purged. They would submit that the representation preferred by the petitioner has been decided. They would tender
apology for delay in deciding the representation. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would not dispute that the representation has been decided, however, he would seek liberty to prefer a separate writ petition to raise her grievance. 3.
In view of the above, nothing survives in this contempt petition for proceeding further. It is accordingly disposed of with liberty prayed for by the petitioner.
