Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have submitted statutory representations in terms of Rule 11 of the Chhattisgarh Preparation and Revision of Market Value Guidelines Rules, 2000, however, the respondents have not yet decided the representations.

Learned State counsel would submit that the authority competent to decide the representation shall be informed to take appropriate decision in the matter, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of 3 weeks.

In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in these writ petitions.
