Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the order dated 01.08.2017 (Annexure - P/2) has been passed after inspecting the school in absence of the petitioner and as such no opportunity of hearing was given to the petitioner nor he was allowed to be present at the time of inspection of school premises and the impugned order has been passed.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent- State would submit that fresh inspection will be made by the respondents No. 4 and 5 in presence of the petitioner.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 4.

Be that as it may, the respondents No. 4 and 5 are directed to make an inspection of the petitioner's school along with the officers in presence of the petitioner or his representative within 15 days from today and prepare a report thereafter and pass a fresh order after hearing the petitioner expeditiously within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is made clear that the petitioner is obliged to co-operate with the committee so constituted for inspection and accord necessary assistance.
