The matter is listed before this Court because of the 'Office Note' made by the Registry with reference to the fact that similar matters were already

disposed off as per common order dated 06.09.2005. As per the CIS, the fate of the case is shown as 'disposed off'. Even though in the cause list dated 06.09.2005, the present case was also shown at Sl.No. '91' "For delivery of judgment", judgment copy is not seen, showing the fate of the this case and hence listed for proper orders. 2.
