Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner would submit that in a case for grant of compassionate appointment on account of death of Shri Mohit Ram Nagwanshi, who died in harness while serving under respondent No. 3, wherein the petitioner as well as respondent No. 4- Pushpkumar Nagwanshi are claiming compassionate appointment, the respondent authorities are not considering the case of the petitioner. 2.
I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Earlier, in Writ Petition (S) No. 5033 of 2016, this Court has already issued direction to the respondent No. 2 to consider the application of respondent No. 4 for grant of compassionate appointment and decide the same strictly in accordance with law.

Be that as it may, the respondent No. 2 is again directed to consider the case of petitioner as well as respondent No. 4- Pushpkumar Nagwanshi expeditiously and strictly in accordance with law as directed earlier. 5.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
