1. The order under challenge in the present writ petition is the order dated 11.03.2019 (Annexure P/16) passed by the Collector, Bilaspur.
2. Prima facie, taking into consideration the order dated 20.07.2017 passed in the earlier round of litigation i.e. in WPS No.3181 of 2017, this court finds this petition again to be not maintainable for the reason that there is a remedy of Revision before the Commissioner against the order passed by the Collector.
3. Under the circumstances, the present writ petition stands disposed of as not maintainable at this juncture. Right of the petitioner stands reserved for preferring Revision against the order passed by the Collector before the Commissioner along with application for condonation of delay. In case, if such application is filed along with Revision, the Commissioner is expected to decide the same in accordance with rules. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) Judge inder
