1. The limited grievance which the petitioner has raised in the present writ petition is of non-properly calculating the leave encashment payment which was due to him on his retirement. Likewise, the relief also sought for is for granting of the benefits of the dearness allowance, which the petitioner was entitled on the revised pay-scale, which was made applicable from 01.01.2016 onwards.

2. Considering the limited grievance, which the petitioner has made and that it is only a matter of calculation and verification of records, let petitioner make a detailed representation in this regard to the respondent No.3, who in turn shall personally look into the details of payment made to the petitioner on his retirement. Particularly, the leave encashment part, as also whether he has

-2been granted the benefits of dearness allowance on the revised pay-scale made applicable from 01.01.2016 onwards till his retirement i.e. 31.10.2017.

3. Let a representation in this regard be made within a period of two weeks from today and the respondent no.3 in turn shall decide the same within a further period of 60 days from the date of receipt of the representation.
