1. The petitioner has been transferred from Water Resources Division No.1, Ambikapur to the Office of Executive Engineer, Thermal Power Project, Ambikapur which has been assailed.
2. After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, I do not find any ground to interfere in the order of transfer, as the petitioner has been transferred from one office situate at Ambikapur to another office of same city, as such, transfer is an incidence of service and I do not find any good ground to interfere. Consequently, the petition deserves to be and is accordingly, dismissed. No order as to costs.
