Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is entitled for grant of one annual increment for which she has made representation on 13.07.2017 which has not been considered and decided by the respondent No. 3 till date, therefore directions may be issued to the respondent authorities to consider and decide the petitioner's representation expeditiously.

Be that as it may, the respondents No. 2 and 3 are directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation for grant of annual increment expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner is also at liberty to file an additional representation, if any. 4.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
