1. After hearing learned counsel for the parties at length, I do not find any good ground to entertain this MCC which is filed for seeking clarification of the order dated 02/11/2017 passed by this Court.

2. Accordingly, this MCC is dismissed. However, the applicant is at liberty to challenge the order dated 02/11/2017 in accordance with law.
