1. Heard counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner has preferred this writ petition directing to the respondents-authorities to consider her representation for transfer to Govt. Girls Primary School, Masturi, District Bilaspur or to any other Primary School situated in Masturi, District Bilaspur (C.G.).

3. Petitioner is an Assistant Teacher (Panchayat) and posted at Govt. Primary School, Danganiya, Block Masturi, District Bilaspur.

4. Without expressing the comments on the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with this direction that the respondent No. 4 would decide the representation (Annexure-P/1) filed by the petitioner on 11/06/2018, within 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order, as per law and procedure.
