Ms. Sunita Jain, Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 09/03/2020 This petition has been filed for seeking initiation of contempt proceedings on the allegation of willful disobedience of order dated 17/07/2017. 2.

This Court disposed off the writ petition filed earlier by the petitioners directing consideration of representation for promotion while the petitioners were working as Teacher Panchayat. Subsequently, they have been absorbed vide order dated 10/08/2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner could not bring to the notice of this Court that the petitioner herein had taken any steps to challenge order dated 10/08/2018. It appears that the petitioner is satisfied with his absorption in the School Education Department.

In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to proceed further in the matter. The contempt petition is disposed off.

This order shall not come in the way of the petitioners if at all they are inclined to challenge order dated 10/08/2018.
