1. After arguing at length, learned counsel for the Applicant submits that he wants to withdraw the instant application. However, he seeks liberty to revive the same after six months if trial is not concluded.

2. Prayer is allowed.

3. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed with the aforesaid liberty.
