(1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner, who is working as Panchayat Secretary, has been transferred within the same block i.e. from Taroud to Amartal contrary to the transfer policy, for which he may be allowed to make representation before the Commissioner, Revenue Division, Bilaspur and the same may be directed to be decided within the specific time frame.
(2) Prayer appears to be fair & reasonable.
(3) Accordingly, it is directed that if the petitioner prefers representation before the Commissioner, Revenue Division, Bilaspur within 10 days from today, the Commissioner, Revenue Division, Bilaspur would take decision on the said representation within one month from the date of its receipt in accordance with law.
(4) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
