We have heard Learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioner. Though we were sought to be forcefully persuaded with regard to the illegality of the impugned order dated 30.11.2015 more particularly in context of our order dated 14.9.2015 in W.P.(C) No.1632/2015, in view of the fairness on part of the Advocate General that the impugned order was not in compliance with the directions of the Court, we refrain from any further discussion or observations
at this stage. The impugned order dated 30.11.2015 is set aside for passing of a fresh appropriate orders strictly in accordance with the earlier order dated 14.9.2015.

Let such fresh appropriate orders be passed within a maximum period of two months from the date of receipt and/or production of copy of the present order before the authority concerned. 3.
The Writ Petition is allowed.
