On notice issued to prosecutrix under Section 439 (1A) Cr.P.C., she appeared before this Court on 6.9.2021 and has stated that she is having no objection in grant of bail to applicant. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this bail application at this stage with liberty to revive the same after examination of the prosecutrix.

Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
