1. Heard on question of admission of CrMP.

2. By the impugned order, the petitioner's opportunity to examine Leena Agrahari has been closed by the trial Court.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that examination of Leena Agrahari is just and proper for disposal of complaint under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.

4. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the impugned order.

5. Taking into consideration the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner and her absence on 15.4.2019 was bona fide, the petitioner is granted a week's time to keep his witness present before the trial Court. Leena Agrahari will be examined on

24.6.2019 before the trial Court. No further date would be extended unless it is necessary.

6. With the aforesaid observation, the CrMP stands disposed of at the admission stage itself, without notice to other side. A copy of this order be sent to the trial Court by E-mail/fax by tomorrow. Certified copy today itself.
