These two appeals arise from a common order dated 22.9.2015 allowing Writ Petition (S) No.785 of 2015 and analogous writ petitions. 2.

Separate Interlocutory Applications have been filed to condone delay of 45 days in preferring the appeals. Considering the contentions and counter contentions on behalf of the State and appearing Respondents, and the duration, delay is condoned. The interlocutory applications are allowed. 3.

After some arguments, Learned Counsel for the parties are agreed that both these appeals may be disposed in terms of common order dated 6.1.2016 in Writ Appeal No.693 of 2015 and analogous appeals granting liberty to withdraw the appeals for preferring a review application. 4.

The appeals are disposed in similar terms.
