1. The complainant Ramji Cherwa has virtually present before this Court through the help desk of DLSA Balrampur on notice. He has objection in grant of bail to the applicant.

2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with liberty to revive the same after examination of prosecutrix.

3. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn and liberty is granted as prayed for.
