2. No case for initiation of a contempt is made out on the assertions and pleadings made in this application. The order of the Division Bench is emphatic and no instance of breach of any direction has been pointed out by the Applicant. The sole instance relates to the month of March, whereas the direction and order was passed by the Division Bench in November, 2016.
