For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Delay in filing the petition is condoned. The present petition has been filed under Section 378(3) of the Cr.P.C. assailing the impugned judgment of acquittal dated 27.02.2018 passed by the Special Judge, Bemetara in Special Case No.01/2017 acquitting the respondent No. 2 of the offences under Sections 376, 363,366(A) and 506 (B) IPC and under Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act. The application is allowed. The leave as prayed for is granted.

Office is directed to register the case as a regular acquittal appeal.
