Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this instant bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. It is ordered as prayed for.

Accordingly, the bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and possibly may conclude the trial within further period of three months.
