1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was appointed as Watchman in in the office of respondent No.3 in the year 2006 as dailywager; thereafter, his services were extended from time to time and till date he is working. He further submits that lastly the petitioner has made a representation by Annexure P-7 to regularize him, which was forwarded by the respondent No.3, District Registrar, Raigarh to respondent No.2, Inspector General, Registration & Superintendent Stamp by Annexure P-8 and the same remains to be decided at the end of the respondent No.2.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays only limited prayer that the representation of the petitioner which is made to the respondent No.3 who in turn was forwarded to the respondent No.2 may be decided.
3. State counsel opposes the argument.

Without any observation as to the right of the petitioner to be regularized, since limited prayer is made, without any observation on merit, the respondent No.2 to whom the representation (Annexure P-7) is pending shall decide the same within a further period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Court has not made any observation as to the entitlement of the petitioner.
