1. In second round, when the matter is taken-up for hearing, Mr.Anumeh Shrivastava, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2, on advance copy, would submit that notices dated 9.7.2021 and 29.7.2021 issued by the Chief Executive Officer, Nava Raipur, Atal Nagar Vikas Pradhikaran, Nava Raipur Atal Nagar, Raipur have been withdrawn by order dated 19.8.2021 and he undertakes to file a copy of order dated

19.8.2021 during the course of the day and he also undertakes to supply a copy of that order to Mr.Kishore Bhaduri, learned Senior Counsel.

2. In that view of the matter, Mr.Kishore Bhaduri, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner ably assisted by Mr.Pankaj Singh, would submit that in view of withdrawal of notices dated 9.7.2021 and 29.7.2021, no cause of action survives for consideration in this matter.

3. In view of submission made by learned counsel for respondent No.2, the writ writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to cost(s).
