Shri Shashank Thakur, Govt. Advocate for the State. After arguing for sometime, the limited prayer which the petitioner makes is that the present writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to the respondent to conclude the Departmental Enquiry at the earliest.

The said prayer is not opposed of the State counsel. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to take appropriate steps to ensure that Departmental Enquiry initiated against the petitioner is concluded at the earliest preferably within a period of six months from today.
