The Applicant has preferred this application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.56/2021 registered at Police Station P.S Chhuriya, District Rajnandgaon C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 186, 332, 333, 353 & 307 IPC. 2.

Shri Dixit seeks to withdraw this application with liberty to repeat the same as and when occasion arises.
