None for the respondent despite service of notice . Heard on I.A. No.1, which is an application for condonation of delay in filing the restoration application.

Perused the documents and the reasons stated in the application for condonation of delay. On due consideration, the delay of 350 days in filing the restoration application is condoned.

Also heard on the application for restoration of TPC No.58 of 2015 which was dismissed for want of prosecution vide Court order dated 25.10.2016. On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, it is allowed and TPC No.58 of 2015 is directed to be restored to its original number.
