1. The limited grievance that the petitioner has prayed in the present writ petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondents for taking an appropriate decision on the representation/application which the petitioner has made to the respondents in respect of necessary corrections in the service record maintained under the respondents in

Samadhan Software.

2. According to the petitioner, there are certain minor defects reflected so far as the details of petitioner is concerned and he has moved an appropriate application to the respondents since long for necessary correction but till date there has been no proper response from the authorities concerned.

3. Counsel for respondents submits that subject to the petitioner making a fresh detailed representation supported with all relevant proofs in respect of the correction required, the same shall be considered by the authorities at the earliest and necessary remedial steps permissible under the rules would be acted upon.

4. Given the submissions by the counsel for the parties, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the petitioner to make a fresh detailed representation supported with all cogent relevant records in support of his contention pertaining to the correction that he intends to seek. The respondent authorities in turn shall duly consider the same to the extent permissible under the rules and regulations governing the field. Let necessary remedial steps be taken or an order as the case may be passed at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of submission of the fresh representation by the petitioner.
