Apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.78/2019, registered at Police Station - Ramanujganj, District- Balrampur-Ramanujganj, Chhattisgarh for offence punishable under Section 294 of the IPC & 66 of I.T. Act, the applicant has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail. 2.

The offence registered in the case against the applicant are under Section 294 of the IPC & 66 of I.T. Act. As both the offences registered are bailable in nature, therefore, bail cannot be refused by the officer making arrest in such a case. The applicant is at liberty to approach the Court concerned to surrender and make prayer for grant of bail which may be considered on the basis of observation made hereinabove.
