The petitioner has claimed following reliefs in the writ petition:- 10.1 That, After so much of efforts petitioner is not getting recognition of his service and not getting certificate of experience and getting life threatening messages from the terrorists and naxals so he has no other option except to

die.

10.2 Any other relief, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper, may also be passed in favour of the petitioner together with cost of the petition.

A plain reading of the relief clause would make it clear that the petitioner has not prayed for issuance of direction/mandamus to the respondents to do an act or forbid to do an act which the respondents are liable to do under some enactment or State policy. In the absence of such clause, the writ petition has rightly been dismissed as vague and unclear. 3.

At this stage, Shri Pramod Ramteke, learned counsel for the appellant prays for withdrawal of the writ appeal with liberty to move afresh writ petition.
