Agrawal Order on Board /0 5 /201 (1) The accused/applicant has moved this second bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 414/2011 registered at Police Station Civil Lines, Raipur for the offence punishable under Sections 457, 386, 294, 506-B, 365, 342, 467, 468, 471 & 120-B of Indian Penal Code (Section 456 wrongly mentioned in order dated 22.02.2016). (2) Applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merits by this Court by order dated 22.02.2016 passed in M.Cr.C. No.7684/2015. (3) Having heard learned counsel appearing for the parties, having regard to the facts & circumstances of the case, I do not find any change in circumstances to entertain this second bail application. Thus, the bail application is rejected.
