1. Heard counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioners are the Education Instructor are posted in different place of District Surajpur. They filed this writ petition for direction to respondents-authorities to consider their eligibility for regularization/absorption under the State Government.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that representation Annexure P/2 is pending for the appointment in Class-IV in any department by the State Government.
4. The matter is squarely covered by the order dated 09/08/2017 passed
in Writ Petition (S) No.3241/2014 'Virendra Bahadur Singh and others vs. State of Chhattisgarh and others'.
5. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, the aforesaid order it is ordered that the petitioners may file fresh representation within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. After receiving the representation, the competent authority may decide the same within three months.
6. Writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
