1. The limited grievance which the petitioner has raised in the present writ petition is that the petitioner having appointed way back in the year 2008 till date has not been granted annual increments that he is entitled for.

2. According to the petitioner, though 11 years have passed, till date he has not received any increments whereas he ought to have got that only after one year of his service or atleast one year from the date of passing of the typing examination. He further submits that petitioner had passed typing examination in the year 2009 itself, yet petitioner has not been granted incremental benefits till now.

3. Given the limited grievance that the petitioner has, let petitioner make a detailed representation to respondent No. 2 & 3 within a period of four weeks from today and respondent No. 2 & 3 in turn shall decide the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the said representation.
