1. This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner due to the alleged non-compliance, on the part of the contemnor, of this Court's order dated 19/06/2017 passed in W.P.L. No. 124/2017.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite the order passed by this Court on 19/06/2017, provisions of Section 17B of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 had not been complied with by the contemnor till 18/07/2017, as was directed in the said order.

3. Be that as it may, Divisional Forest Officer, Korea is directed to ensure compliance of this Court's order dated 19/06/2017 strictly in accordance with law, expeditiously.
