Ignoring the defaults pointed out by the Registry in the instant case, heard the matter finally on admission stage itself with the consent of learned Counsels appearing for their respective party. 2.
Challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the select-list published after the Preliminary State Services Examination 2020-21 conducted by Respondents No.2 & 3.

The issue involved in the present Writ Petition has already came up for hearing before this Court in a bunch of Writ Petitions, leading case of which being W.P.(S) No.3655/2021 which stood decided on 23.7.2021. This Court vide the said Order, after considering the submissions put forth on all sides to the dispute, had dismissed the said bunch of Writ Petitions.

In view of the fact that the said bunch of Writ Petitions already stands decided and the grounds of challenge to the select-list being the same that of to the present Writ Petition, this Court is of the firm view that the decision rendered by this Court on 23.7.2021 would squarely apply to the facts of the present Writ Petition also.

Accordingly, the present Writ Petition stands dismissed in terms of the Order dated 23.7.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.(S) No.3655/2021 and other connected matters.
